Question: have you actually been opening my emails? If so, do you know why you were tagged as "inactive"? The only reason I can think of is that you had images turned off (seems unlikely for a newsletter like mine), so if you have any guesses, please let me know.

I'd like to get to the bottom of this so the same thing doesn't inconvenience others.
